By accessing or using the EZ Drafts website, applications, or services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use EZ Drafts.
EZ Drafts, owned by Reach Faster, LLC, provides an online platform for creating draft documents. The Services are not legal advice and are not intended to be completed, legally compliant documents suitable for all situations. Documents created are drafts only and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney. You are responsible for all decisions made using our Services. EZ Drafts is not a law firm. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EZ Drafts Services for personal or internal business purposes only. You may create up to six electronic copies of each draft document for personal use and make necessary printed copies for your records.

All EZ Drafts content, including templates, logos, and software, is owned by Reach Faster, LLC or its suppliers and protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted. Unauthorized use may result in liquidated damages per instance.

Your use of EZ Drafts is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications, including account updates and promotional emails (opt-out available). You may withdraw consent by deleting your account, but this terminates access and may render your documents unrecoverable.

EZ Drafts may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use at your own risk.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk. EZ Drafts disclaims all warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Services, except where prohibited by law.
EZ Drafts’ maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold EZ Drafts, its managers, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
EZ Drafts may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion, with email notice, for violations or other reasons. You may terminate your account at any time; no refunds will be issued for unused services.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. No class actions; individual claims only. Exceptions: small claims court or IP infringement lawsuits. Parties waive jury trial rights.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remain in effect. These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EZ Drafts.
